We are interested in presenting these workshops:

Fundamentals of Arts Management
Four different workshops devoted to leadership and professional education for arts and nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers, to help them build the arts in communities and community through the arts. Present one or more of these building-block sessions:

Strategic Planning

Learn how to lead your organization through strategic planning from assessment, through visioning, to setting measurable short-term objectives

Board development

Understand the role of a nonprofit arts board and how to better govern your organization. Help identify organizational leadership needs, and learn about the board recruitment and orientation process

Fund the Art

Learn where to look for funds for the arts and culture. Discover what motivates different donors and how to approach and solicit individuals, businesses, government and foundations

Market the Arts -- Strategically

Learn marketing through program development and effective public relations, publicity, promotions, and advertising
